1.  The Port Kar Caste of Builders monitors the construction of ships and structures within Port Kar, assists the merchants with properties and deeds, guides Builders in their craft, develops or improves technology from devices to methods of construction.

2.  The PKCoB will do the following as needed:

 

    A.)  Resolve disputes.

 

    B.)  Review logs on any disputes.

 

    C.)  Answer any question(s) that arise on any rules concerning Shipwrights and Builders.

 

    D.)  Review the current rules concerning the PKCoB.

 

    E.) Decide upon new rules or regulations for the PKCoB.

3.  Only citizens of Port Kar may apply to become members of the Port Kar Caste of Builders

4.  Caste Members who cannot be reached with due diligence or have not notified the chairs of an extended leave,(SN has not responded to DMs or emails, and/or been seen in public and visible play for 8 weeks within the city) will be placed on the inactive roster and their role will be temporarily removed from the caste server.  They must request to be reinstated and will then be granted full access to the archives upon their return.

5.  Only active Caste Members in good standing who are of Master rank or higher may be elected to a Caste Chair.

6.  Caste Chairs are elected on a four year basis (Every June in RL). If a Chair can not be reached with due diligence or have not notified the other chairs of an extended leave (SN has not responded to DMs or emails, and/or been seen in public and visible play for 8 weeks within the city), they will be listed as inactive, their position immediately vacated, and their role will be temporarily removed from the caste server. In the interim, the other Chair(s) will be promoted accordingly, and assume duties as necessary.  A special election will be called and a new chair or chairs will be elected to serve the remainder of the current term.

7.  Anyone who explicitly resigns from the PKCoB, is forcibly removed by Caste vote for an offense, or otherwise loses citizenship to Port Kar must reapply to re-join the Caste as a new applicant at the rank of apprentice.
